2026 Econometric Models of Climate Change Conference
Aalborg Universitet hosts the 10th Conference on Econometric Models of Climate Change this August ☀️ – and the call for papers is now open 📝!
The Conference on Econometric Models of Climate Change (EMCC X) aims to promote an interdisciplinary approach to the detection and attribution of climate change, econometric estimation of socio economic and financial climate impacts, and policy evaluation. Its purpose is to develop instrumental econometric models that can support the fight against climate change.
The conference will take place at Aalborg University on 20–21 August 2026, and we invite papers that apply econometric methods to climate data, as well as econometric studies of socio economic climate impacts and climate policy.
Papers that highlight challenges in climate science where statistical methods can provide analytical insights are especially welcome.
