YSD x Cinemateket: Moneyball + Temaaften om sport og statistik

Join Young Statisticians Denmark as we host an event in Cinemateket on Sports and Statistics on February 14th, 2024, from 18:45 - 21.30!

YSD are joining forces with Cinemateket and offering the first 40 YSD participants a free trip to the movies where Moneyball (2011) will be shown after a talk by Rolf Poulsen (Professor, Department of Mathematical Sciences, University of Copenhagen) on statistics in sports. The talk will be in Danish and the movie will be in English with subtitles.

To receive a free ticket for the showing, sign up using the signup form. The form will close after 40 signups, so the free tickets are first come, first served!

If you were not able to sign up for a free ticket, tickets can be bought at a price of 75 DKK at the Cinemateket ticket office (Gothersgade 55, 1123 Kbh. K) for members of DSTS or YSD – remember to say that you are a YSD member. Tickets can also be bought through the Cinemateket webpage for 105 DKK.
